This house is a non-smoking property

Deposit:

A deposit of $200/£175 per week is required at the time of making your booking which will be confirmed upon receipt. (Please note that the deposit is non-refundable). The balance of rental due will be required 8 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made within the 8 week period will require the full amount being paid.

House Security Deposit:

The House Security Deposit of $550/£350 is to be paid no less than eight weeks prior to rental. Credit card details will also need to be given prior to occupation. The deposit and credit card details are required to cover any breakages, loss or damage caused during your stay. A full inspection and inventory check is completed after every rental. The party leader accepts full liability for any such damage or loss during your stay and confirms that full costs of repair will be met.

Cancellation:

Upon cancellation, your deposit is not refundable. If cancellation occurs after the balance has been paid, the full amount will be lost. We strongly advise that you take out adequate travel insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed in order to cover your costs should cancellation be necessary. If a client does not pay the balance when it is due we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

Occupancy:

The villa will be available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival and will need to be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure. The maximum occupancy of the villa is 12 persons.

Not recommended for children under 3 years - Smoking and Pets are not permitted.
